This project is a short motion graphics study focused on clean movement, timing, and visual rhythm. The goal was to explore how simple geometric shapes can feel dynamic and engaging through motion alone, without relying on complex textures or heavy effects.
The animation is built around smooth transitions, subtle easing, and carefully balanced spacing. Each movement was designed to feel intentional, with attention paid to acceleration, deceleration, and overall flow. I wanted the loop to feel seamless so it can be watched continuously without a clear beginning or end.
Color choices were kept minimal to emphasize motion over decoration. By limiting the palette, the focus stays on form, timing, and interaction between elements. This approach helped highlight how small adjustments in speed and scale can dramatically change the overall feel of an animation.
Tools Used:
-
Adobe After Effects
-
Shape Layers
-
Graph Editor (for easing and timing control)
What I Focused On:
-
Clean and readable motion
-
Natural easing and smooth transitions
-
Loop-friendly animation design
-
Visual balance and rhythm
Notes:
This project was created as a practice piece to refine motion fundamentals and experiment golf hit with looping compositions. Feedback is welcome, especially regarding timing, pacing, and overall flow.
