Love, Myth and the Moon
When freelance animation director and designer, Russ Etheridge teamed up with his wife, Ayndrilla Singharay, to make a fantastical film loosely based on a Hindu myth, they didn’t plan on their production schedule coinciding with the birth of their first child. But things don’t always go as planned and, looking back, they can hardly believe they managed to finish Armstrong, a 10-minute 2D/3D short about love and strength and what happens when the moon suddenly disappears.

Wearable Works of Art
Tendril had not yet worked with Hublot when the Swiss luxury watchmaker got in touch about creating a launch film for its Big Bang Integral Tourbillon Full Sapphire limited series watch. Known for expertly blending elegance and engineering, Hublot had seen Tendril’s work and thought the Toronto, Canada-based studio was the right choice for visualizing the watch, which was 10 years in the making and has a case and bracelet made entirely from sapphire.
